1st draft

As you know, almost all of the things we've been eating all our lives may not be what we think they are. Propaganda's have fooled all of us including themselves and a payoff from the big industries is worth more than a countries health and well being. Its pretty amazing what this world is coming to and how much is has changed over the past decade. Healthier food is more Expensive now ,and places like McDonald's who have no nutritional value are getting bigger and bigger as time passes. The Music is changing, the art, and so is the food. But there is still time for more change, and the first step to our success is beating the system.
First, we have to find ways to eat healthier, and pay less. That's going to be tough with supermarket prices but maybe people should consider growing their own fruits and vegetables that way were sure that no preservatives or gases are applied and we're getting all the nutrition we need. Second, Stop going to McDonald's !! Yea I know its cheaper and it tastes Good but companies like these are the ones with the most impact on food being transported. Companies like these are also the ones making the most money but don't let them make money off you. Be smart with your choices of food. Don't let commercials and deals take over your mind because soon it will take over mind, body and soon you'll be oboist. I think that people should start going home and making meals that way they wont be eating out, and they'll know exactly what they're putting into their bodies.
From what I have researched, read , and seen is not made and processed the way i thought it was. I never even imagined that the animals were brutally killed and furthermore that animals were kept clustered into one place with nowhere to move, surrounded by feces. All farms should have cameras in them just like the train stations, stores, and banks have cameras. The same way society watches over us we have to watch over them. We must take a stand ans let them know that we are not going to let them ruin our bodies, and health and schools should teach kids better eating habits and maybe they wont develop diabetes at age 6. No sodas should be served at school, or sugar filled drinks because children are too young to make the right decision on what they are putting into their bodies. Parents should not let their kids go to a daycare where all they do is give out candy and then kids wouldn't have cavities at such a young age. There are so many thing that we can do to stop the distributing of sodas and other UN natural, UN healthy ,and really poisonous foods and drinks we just have to be serious about it. I believe that these slaughter houses should be banned and the chickens we buy should be natural ,not infused with antibiotics or anything else, and we shouldn't have to pay more for these natural foods.
Honestly, I have no sympathy for the workers that produce our food. They watch and kill animals in cold blood just to get the money and are even abused at work , but still manage to go back to work the next day and do it again. I wouldn't be able to bear watching these animals suffer and not say anything or report Mal practice to someone who can help. Maybe they felt there was no one who can help. Maybe everyone is in on it and even sanitation is being manipulated by these companies who produce and buy massive amounts of meat, chicken, potatoes, tomatoes etc. The idea of all these animals being slaughtered really gives me the creeps, but what creeps me out even more is that these farmers send out chickens that are sick , meat infested with ecoli, and their businesses are still running, and somehow making more money than everyone else. how does that make sense!! A lot of things are wrong with a lot of people nowadays . From the government, to our presidents there is not one that can be trusted.
Now that you have read some of my opinions it is our choice to either change the way things are being done, or continue to pollute our bodies and minds with the tricks of America . If we do not make change who will? Who will think about the generations that are coming after us, who will care about our planet, and how we are consuming all of its resources without remorse. Who will protect the children who don't know enough to make good decisions. Will we let society take over us, or will they prevail? Not on my watch they wont how about yours?
